As part of the Northern Connection collaboration, we’re happy to welcome composer Tine Surel Lange to Scotland for a development workshop ahead of the premiere at soundfestival in October of a new work commissioned by Red Note Ensemble and Sound.
Join us at the University of Glasgow Concert Hall on Thursday 8th June at 20:00 where we’ll premiere Colin Broom’s new work commissioned by Glasgow University.
At this year’s hcmf//, Red Note is returning with a full on Irish programme and the premiere of three works by Úna Monaghan, Ann Cleare and Nick Roth.
For the closing event of this exhibition, Red Note will work to a soundscape specially commissioned for this event and will further animate the exhibition with a playful, rich and diverse sound world, interacting with and dynamically informed by the audience.
