Our players perform new works developed for them by young composers from North-East secondary schools.

Our players, Ruth, Fiona and Tom perform new works developed for them by young composers from North-East secondary schools as part of the Go Compose! course earlier in October.

The event is free but ticketed.

Go Compose! is a composition course for young composers aged 13-18 and in full time education and is a unique opportunity to work with professional composers and our musicians during a 3-day course ran in partnership with sound.

Over 3 days you the participants create their own, original piece of music with the help of professional contemporary composers Bekah Simms and Elise Haller-Shannon.
