Noisy Nights at sound – Call for Scores – NOW CLOSED

Noisy Nights provide an outlet to hear emerging new musical ideas and voices in our new social distanced reality.

On this occasion we have partnered with sound, following the success and learnings from the Neurotribes conference, to showcase the talent of neurodiverse composers, supporting greater inclusion in contemporary classical music.

We are hoping to share the selected works live streamed or with a social distanced audience at a concert in Aberdeen on Sunday 13th June.

Call for Scores

Are you an emerging or amateur neurodiverse composer (18+ years old) interested in writing for Red Note?
Then this call is for you.

  • Maximum length 5 minutes;
  • Instrumentation is Clarinet, Violin, Viola and Cello;
  • Only new works composed for this call;
  • Deadline 21st May (5PM – UK time)

Please note the scores should not include electronics or any pre-recorded parts, and take into account that concerts are rehearsed and performed in a short timeframe.
