DESCRIPTION:Jesus’ Blood Never Failed Me Yet is based on a recorded loop of a homeless man singing. For more than 50 years its emotional impact on audiences has been extraordinarily powerful. \nWe will perform this stunning work in a specially-arranged\, intimate and moving chamber-scale version during the 2022 Lammermuir Festival at the Big Shed in Musselburgh\, on Thursday 15th September\, 3pm. \n“…this contemporary music still resonates with diverse audiences after more than four decades.”\nLimelight \nThe Lammermuir Festival was born of a conviction that historic architecture and beautiful landscape together can create an ideal environment in which to experience great music-making.
