The Sins by Sally Beamish

We head to Cheltenham Festival with a 60th birthday tribute to Scotland’s Sally Beamish.

The Sins is a semi-theatrical work, taking as its starting point a new translation by Phil Hind of the ‘seven deadly sins’ section of Langland’s 14th century narrative poem Piers Plowman. Also featuring Commedia and Piobaireachd for piano trio.
